Simply put, Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment - WEEE - encompasses all items that operate from mains electricity or batteries. Within the UK all businesses have a duty of care to ensure WEEE has been segregated from their waste streams ensuring correct documented and audited routes for disposal and recycling.
